چکیده

Every year, many people around the world suffer from wounds due to causes such as burns, diabetic wounds, accidents, and surgeries. Improper wound treatment causes scars and even chronic or infected wounds. Wound treatments are different and have different effectiveness. Different types of dressings, drugs, scaffolds, hydrogels, cell therapy and the use of blood derivatives are used to treat wounds. The aim of the treatments is to prevent infection and chronicity of the wound, create a suitable environment, growth factors, and cytokines for cell proliferation, differentiation, growth, and migration, and as a result, promote wound healing and scar reduction. The use of blood derivatives such as autologous conditioned serum, platelet lysate, platelet-rich plasma and plasma rich fibrin can promote wound healing. Blood derivatives are used alone or in combination with other treatments for wound healing. If these products are used in combination with other treatments, the effectiveness of the treatment can be increased. The combined use of blood derivatives can have various advantages. The use of blood derivatives with hydrogels, in addition to providing growth factors and cytokines effective in wound healing, can increase the effectiveness of the treatment by releasing them more slowly in the wound environment. The use of blood derivatives with stem cells, in addition to the effect of the product on wound healing, can improve the conditions for the proliferation and regenerative capacity of stem cells and promote wound healing. Combination therapy with blood derivatives and stem cells can increase angiogenesis, epithelialization rate, collagen deposition, wound closure, reduced inflammation, increase the expression of VEGF, p-STAT۳, and SDF-۱, and modulate Notch ۱ signaling compared to treatment with blood derivatives or stem cells alone. Combination therapy with blood derivatives and stem cell-derived exosomes is another therapeutic solution in wound healing. The combination of platelet lysate or autologous conditioned serum with exosomes can be a cell-free treatment for wound healing. Using different blood derivatives in combination with other treatments such as stem cells treatment can increase the effectiveness of the
