چکیده
The present work investigates the development of innovative wound healing dressings utilizing silicone sheets incorporating fibroblast cells derived from human foreskins. These cells were combined with two distinct hydrogel matrices, namely Gelatin Methacryloyl (GelMA) and Collagen. The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of biological dressings on the wound healing processes, particularly the effectiveness of the measures following the freezing and thawing procedure. Full-thickness wounds were inflicted on rats in an in-vivo experiment to measure the wound closure rate over ۲۱ days. The study results revealed that the GelMA-based dressing has a remarkable effect on the wound healing process by promoting faster re-epithelialization, higher collagen deposition, and better skin structure, which, in turn, makes it a potential solution for wound care.کلیدواژه ها
