چکیده

Carbon quantum dots (CQD) as novel types of developing materials have aroused great attention in recent years. Herein, we report a sustainable synthesis of carbon dots (C QD). The as-prepared CQD were used to produce composites with reduced graphene oxide (RGO) via a one-step hydrothermal method and characterized by using analytical techniques. The activity of the synthesized RC (RGO/Carbon quantum Dots) is confirmed by studying the decolorization of methylene blue (MB) under illumination. The results of the performance showed ۸۷% degradation of MB in the presence of the catalyst under the same condition for the duration of ۱۳۵ minutes.
