چکیده
In this work, a novel core-shell magnetic nanocomposite based on nickel ferrite and zeolitic imidazolate framework was synthesized through a facile method at room temperature. The prepared nanocomposite was then used as an adsorbent for magnetic solid-phase extraction of Pb(II). Several characterization methods were utilized to verify the synthesis procedure. Some parameteres including the pH, the adsorbent amount, adsorption/desorption time, concentration and volume of the eluent as key influencing factors on the extraction efficiency of Pb(II) were investigated and optimized. The nanosorbent illustrated an excellent selectivity towards Pb(II) with a maximum adsorption capacity of ۶۲۵ mg g‒۱. Under the optimized condition, limit of detection, limit of quantification, inter-day and intra-day relative standard deviations were calculated to be ۰.۱۷ ng mL‒۱, ۰.۵۷ ng mL‒۱, ۱.۰۵% and ۳.۷۴%, respectively. The method was employed for extracting Pb(II) ions from various water and wastewater samples prior to quantification by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Additionally, NIST SRM ۱۶۴۳e certified reference material was applied for method validation. The developed strategy combining magnetic solid-phase extraction with flame atomic absorption spectrometry was improved the selectivity of the method and sensitivity of the analysis results.کلیدواژه ها
