چکیده
Job stress is one of the key challenges in the nursing profession, which has widespread impacts on the physical and psychological health of nurses as well as the quality of care provided to patients. The main factors contributing to this stress include long working shifts, lack of resources, tense work environments, and lack of social support. The consequences of job stress include burnout, sleep disorders, decreased motivation, depression, and increased job turnover. Studies indicate that female nurses and those with less work experience are most affectedThis article identifies the factors and consequences of job stress and examines strategies to reduce it Findings suggest that optimized shift management, improved work conditions, training programs for stress management, and enhanced psychological services play a significant role in reducing stress levels. This study highlights the need for structural changes in organizational policies to improve nurses' mental health and sustain healthcare systemsکلیدواژه ها
