چکیده

The global energy crisis and growing environmental concerns emphasize the need for sustainable energy solutions, particularly in the building sector. With buildings accounting for a significant share of global energy consumption, the integration of intelligent systems in sustainable architecture has become essential. This study explores the analysis and design of intelligent systems in sustainable buildings, focusing on smart technologies and renewable energy sources to optimize energy efficiency. Using PVsyst software, the research evaluates photovoltaic (PV) systems for energy generation, while eQUEST software is utilized to simulate energy performance in residential buildings. The findings indicate that solar energy optimization, automation, and energy-efficient building designs significantly reduce energy consumption while maintaining thermal comfort. After implementing intelligent energy management strategies, electricity and gas usage patterns became more balanced, resulting in lower operational costs and improved sustainability. The study highlights the necessity of integrating intelligent systems into modern architecture to achieve zero-energy buildings (ZNE) and promote long-term environmental sustainability.
