چکیده

Obesity is a globally increasing health issue that significantly impacts human well-being. One of the factors involved in weight regulation is the hormone ghrelin, which plays a role in regulating appetite and body metabolism. This study aims analyze the research trends of effect of exercise on ghrelin hormone among obese as well as to enrich the knowledge on the topic of study. This investigation is a bibliometric and systematic review study using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) method. Total of ۱۸۵ article were included in the bibliometric study and eleven articles were included in the reviews. The result shows that the research trends is increase after ۲۰۱۷ and most of the study produced in the US. In addition, both high intensity interval exercise (HIIE) and moderate intensity continues exercise have positive effect on reducing ghrelin hormone in obese patient.
