چکیده

Mycorrhizal symbiosis plays an important role in creating maintenance, stability, and development of plant societies, especially in regions with various physical and ecological stresses. In this research, symbiosis has been studied for Fraxinus rotundifolia species. Soil samples were taken from depth ۰-۳۰ cm in spring and autumn. The soil sampleswere analyzed chemically and physically in the laboratory. Mycorrhizal symbiosis and identification of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in ۲ seasons (spring and autumn) were performed. Results showed that the highest colonization percentage had been in spring and there is a significant difference with colonization percentage in autumn at a ۵%probability level. The number of spores per gram of soil was higher in autumn than in spring. Also, the results showed that a genus of three species of mycorrhizal fungi was identified including Glomus sp., Glomus constrictum, and Glomus macrocarpum. Spores' abundance differed in spring and autumn depending on the fungi's species. The number of Glomus constrictum spores was greater in spring and the spores of Glomus sp. Were greater in autumn. It was found that the spores of Glomus sp. had the highest abundance in all soil samples and both seasons.
