Researchers have turned their attention to studying renewable energies due to the issues associated with fossil fuels. Solar energy is the most important and abundant form of renewable energy. Various systems have been researched for harnessing the sun's energy. This thesis evaluates the performance of three different configurations of the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) from both thermodynamic and freshwater production perspectives. The findings indicate that the REG-ORC exhibits superior thermal efficiency compared to the other analyzed ORCs, showing a ۱۳% higher efficiency than the basic ORC under the same operating conditions.
