چکیده مقاله:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly influencing the enhancement of online shopping experiences and customer satisfaction. By analyzing customer data, predicting their needs and preferences, and providing personalized services, AI contributes to creating a more efficient and engaging shopping experience. Furthermore, AI enhances security and customer support, including fraud detection and prevention, thereby building customer trust and reducing risks associated with online shopping. Additional applications include virtual and augmented reality for testing products virtually, enabling customers to make better purchasing decisions. AI also optimizes inventory management by forecasting demand and reducing shortages or surpluses, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and improved business performance in competitive markets. This paper examines the positive impacts of AI on online shopping experiences and its benefits for businesses and customers.
