چکیده

In this paper, a power amplifierc of Microwave Integrated Circuits using bus bar power combiner intended for increasing gain, efficiency, isolation as well as decreasing input and output return loss at X band is investigated. Different structures have been suggested for power splitter / combiner which can be classified in terms of their applications. One of the best power combiner is bus bar combiner, the most important advantages of which are deletion of instable odd modes and short size. Designing has been simulated using ADS software. PHEMT technology has been employed during designing process and designed circuit shows the gain of 22 dB, output power of 35 dBm, efficiency of 42% at frequency bandwidth of 8.5-11 GHZ
