چکیده
Staff recruitment and retention in treatment centers are critical issues that impact the quality and accessibility of healthcare services. With increasing demand for healthcare professionals, especially in rural and underserved areas, it is essential for treatment centers to adopt innovative approaches to attract and retain qualified staff. This paper explores the evolving landscape of staff recruitment and retention in healthcare settings, focusing on the integration of technology to streamline these processes. The review highlights the challenges treatment centers face in staffing, such as high turnover rates, limited access to qualified personnel, and the stress of working in high-pressure environments. Through a comprehensive analysis of current literature, the paper identifies technological solutions, such as digital recruitment platforms, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence (AI) for task automation, which have the potential to enhance the recruitment process and improve staff satisfaction. Furthermore, the role of employee engagement technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual team-building tools, and feedback platforms, is examined to enhance retention rates. Case studies from treatment centers that have successfully implemented these technologies are discussed, showcasing the positive outcomes achieved in terms of staff recruitment, job satisfaction, and retention. This paper also addresses the importance of creating a supportive and technology-enhanced work environment that fosters professional growth, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. The findings suggest that the use of innovative technological approaches not only improves operational efficiency but also contributes to a more engaged, skilled, and satisfied workforce, ultimately benefiting patients and healthcare outcomes.
