چکیده

Today, one of the most important technological developments in the hotel industry is the emergence and growth of smart hotel technology. This hotel has the ability to benefit hoteliers and guests at the same time. It also potentially has financial benefits and improves the customer experience. Currently, most of the famous hotels in the world are becoming smart, and turning a hotel into a smart hotel can bring a very good experience for guests, a better life for employees, and a reduction in costs for managers.In a smart room, passengers can use the smart system to control their room in the way they like and get the information they need faster and more easily. Smart hotels are supposed to be the future of all hotels. The number of these hotels is small at the moment, but in the near future, a large part of the hotels will move towards becoming smart. In other words, in addition to tourist attractions and historical and recreational monuments, there are hotels that satisfy guests by providing various services. In this way, hotel management is considered an industry or an economic activity The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The method of collecting data and information in this research includes documentary method and library method. This article examines smart hotels and their features and benefits.
