چکیده

Sustainable supply chain management literature points to a positive relationship between sustainability practices and firm performance. Despite this, companies limited resources in order to apply competitive approaches and initiatives, this caused managers to face challenges with decisions about choosing sustainability initiatives. Two potential solutions for this challenge include combining the organization's capabilities in the supply chain with sustainability practices, as well as using the resource set structuring theory framework (ROT) with the aim of helping supply chain managers to make more informed decisions in the field of sustainability. become the purpose of this study is to investigate different potential company combinations, supply chain sustainability practices and supply chain agility that led to high company performance. This study uses the framework of the structure theory of the resource set and applies a configurational approach and qualitative comparative analysis methodology. These findings indicate that high sustainability performance can be achieved through different paths (equality), including high and low values in each sustainability plan, as well as supply chain agility (asymmetry). Also, these findings show that the results depend on how the methods are combined rather than their single effects .
