چکیده
The aim of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the management of sports venues and facilities with an economic and sustainable approach. This research is descriptive-survey in nature and falls under the category of applied studies with a quantitative research basis. The statistical population consisted of all managers of sports venues and facilities in Tehran Province, totaling ۱,۶۱۶ individuals, as reported by the General Directorate of Physical Education in Tehran Province. The sampling method was stratified-random to ensure representation from all ۲۲ districts of Tehran. According to the Morgan table, a sample size of ۳۱۳ participants was determined, with ۱۵ questionnaires collected from each district. In total, ۳۱۳ valid questionnaires were returned after eliminating incomplete responses. Data collection was done using a questionnaire developed by Hami et al. (۲۰۲۰), which examined the factors influencing the management of sports venues and facilities with an economic and sustainable approach. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used. Cronbach's alpha was employed to assess the reliability of the collected data, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied to check the normality of data distribution. Inferential statistics were analyzed using a one-sample t-test. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS version ۲۴. The results indicated that most sports venue managers believe that both economic and sustainable factors are significant influences on the management of sports venues and facilities.کلیدواژه ها
