چکیده
Making environmentally friendly and durable self-compacting concrete has long been a mental andpractical challenge for civil engineers. Corrosion of steel in concrete is one of the most effective factorsin reducing the durability of reinforced concrete structures, especially in the area adjacent to watery andsalty environments where the percentage of chlorine ion penetration into concrete materials is very high. The huge resources needed to repair the damage caused by the corrosion of steel in concrete hasmultiplied the need to improve the durability of hydraulic structures, including coastal projects underconstruction, as well as to ensure the durability of newly repaired existing structures. Among the verynew materials that have been obtained with the help of recent developments in the field ofnanotechnology are the scraps of industrial glass. In this article, in order to improve the performance ofself-compacting concrete using industrial glass waste shards in salty water (corrosive) environmentalconditions for use in concrete dams, three general plans including self-compacting concrete, selfcompactingconcrete containing industrial glass waste shards and concrete Self-compaction containingscraps of industrial glass and pozzolanic materials (microsilica, fly ash and limestone powder) was madeand their results were analyzed after exposure to both aqueous and corrosive environments. To checkthe performance of the above mixtures, properties such as compressive and bending strength, amountof expansion and contraction, water absorption, ultrasonic, electrochemical corrosion potential, chlorineion penetration of the samples located in the environmental conditions of ordinary water and destructivesalt with about ۵% salt for ۱۸۰ The day has been reviewed. Based on the results obtained from theexperiments, industrial glass waste shards improve the mechanical properties of self-compactingconcrete, such as compressive, bending, melting and freezing resistance, and chlorine against corrosiveenvironments. It was observed in the designs containing pieces of industrial glass waste and pozzolanicmaterials, the mentioned samples have better properties than the samples with only glass pieces. In themeantime, the plan containing scraps of industrial glass and microsilica showed the best resistanceresults in addition to the durability of concrete compared to other samples in the conditions of thedestructive salt environment.
