خلاصه مقاله:
The samples of ۳۱۶L steel with enhanced construction that have been produced by the SLM method exhibitresidual stresses. Continuous heat treatment improves mechanical properties. Steel samples are heated up to ۱۲۵۰°Ccontinuously. The macro hardness test has been performed on the these samples. In samples, hardness decreases with heattreatment.In order to identify the chemical composition of the phases ,Philips X-ray diffractometer with Cu-kα beam was used.An optical microscope was used to observe the microstructure. The microstructure of these samples process typically consistsof cellular structures in the molten pool.After heat treatment, The residual stresses begin to decrease
