چکیده
In this research, the effect of electrical spark on copper was examined using a spark discharge device. In a liquid dielectric environment, materials produced from copper metal by adjusting parameters such as current, time, and voltage. The produced powder at different current levels underwent X-ray diffraction (XRD) testing, followed by quantitative and qualitative analysis. According to the results, two stable copper oxides (CuO and Cu O) were obtained after ۶ hours of device operation. At a current intensity of ۳ A, the weight of the obtained powder was ۵۲ mg, of which ۹۱.۷% was the CuO phase, while the remainder was the Cu O phase, with crystallite sizes calculated at ۱۷ and ۴۷ nm, respectively. In the sample with ۶ A, the synthesized powder amounted to ۷۰ mg, containing ۳۶.۳% CuO phase with a crystallite size of ۳۱ nanometers, ۴۴.۲% Cu O phase with a crystallite size of ۲۷ nanometers, and ۱۹.۵% copper phase with a crystallite size of ۳۹ nanometers.کلیدواژه ها
