چکیده
In this paper, a numerical study is carried out toinvestigate the combustion and emission characteristicsof reactivity controlled compression ignition (RCCI)combustion mode in a heavy-duty, single-cylinder dieselengine with gasoline and diesel fuels using KIVACHEMKINcode with a reduced primary reference fuel(PRF) mechanism. The numerical results obtained arevalidated against available experimental ones in theliterature. In the first section, a comparison is performedbetween RCCI and CDC performance and emissions toshow the superior characteristics of RCCI combustion.Significant reduction in nitrogen oxide (NOx), whilehigher gross indicated efficiency (GIE) is achievedsuccessfully through RCCI combustion mode. Then, theeffect of diesel fuel mass fraction in SOI-۱ oncombustion and emissions of RCCI engine is studied. Itis shown that by increasing the diesel mass fraction inSOI-۱, combustion event occurs earlier and PPRR isslightly higher. But this parameter has a trivial influencecompared to PRF number and SOI timing.کلیدواژه ها

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
