The treatment and recyclability of water are very important. Only ۲.۵% is fresh water and a mere amount of ۰. ۴۹% is available for humankind. Their use in industries includes cosmetics, foods and textiles. Several wastewater treatment systems are implemented selectively during the previous three decades, depending on the type of business and production. These include adsorption, coagulation-flocculation, biological treatments, membrane separation and chemical oxidation. Adsorption techniques are very effective in treating colored water, removing odors, and organic pollutants. The present work focused on analyzing the removal of the azo dye Reactive Yellow ۱۴۵ using BiFeO₃ perovskite. In terms of environmental remediation, BiFeO₃ was applied as a photocatalyst owing to its small band gap and was studied intensively. However, to the best of our knowledge, little work focused on the adsorption performance of BiFeO₃. The major advantage of this study was using BiFeO₃ as a perovskite nanomaterial with an R۳c rhombic space group due to its exceptional suitability, low cost and excellent long-term stability make it suitable for the degradation of textile effluents. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and SEM analysis were prepared. The BiFeO₃ particles were synthesized via hydrothermal method. The adsorption of Reactive Yellow ۱۴۵ was conducted over a duration of ۹۰ minutes at a pH of ۳.
