چکیده

The rapid proliferation of the beauty industry, driven by the pervasive influence of social media and burgeoning consumer demand, has precipitated a significant increase in the circulation of counterfeit cosmetics, resulting in adverse health outcomes for users. This scholarly article delves into the issue of contact dermatitis a prevalent dermatological reaction associated with the use of fake cosmetic products and underscores the critical intersection of public health concerns and intellectual property rights. Through a rigorous analysis of the current legislative framework, the study elucidates the inadequacies in effectively curbing the influx of counterfeit goods. To address this pressing issue, the article advocates for the adoption of blockchain technology for the registration and verification of branded cosmetic products, thereby empowering consumers to discern authentic items from counterfeit counterparts and mitigating the incidence of skin dermatitis
