خلاصه مقاله:
Accurate facial measurements before and after surgery and the prediction of the shape of human's face together with changes of it, is an important issue in facial plastic surgeries. Engineering science along with medical science can play a significant role in improvement of surgeries quality. Cephalometry is the measurement of head's dimensions that is obtained using lateral and standard radiography of the skull There are a lot of analyses of cephalogram images and parameters evaluation based on the set of defined specific points. This paper, presents a system that detects the Cephalometric landmarks of lateral colored images manually and approaches to the measurement of the soft tissues cephalometry automatically. The accuracy of this system is fair and the obtained results include the least error.
