خلاصه مقاله:
Traffic congestion is one of the leading causes of lost productivity and decreased standard of living in urban settings. Recent advances in VANET suggest vehicle navigation and traffic scheduling by Vehicular Communication will be possible in the near future. Traffic lights are the major Solution to control traffic at the intersections. In previous works, proposed adaptive traffic signal control system based on VANET, These systems reduces the waiting time of the vehicles at the intersection. Actually in this paper, we try to study and analysis challenge in previous works and cover their weaknesses and presented a more efficient mechanism. It’s also for validation and simulation this works we've developed our traffic simulator (Intersection Traffic Generator) base on java. The results showed the proposed system can significantly improve the traffic situation.
