In recent decades, polymer materials research has focused on enhancing resins' mechanical, physical,and antibacterial properties, including epoxy acrylate resins, through advancements innanotechnology. Titanium dioxide (TiO۲) nanoparticles have emerged as a critical additive due totheir exceptional characteristics, such as chemical stability, antibacterial activity, and favorableoptical properties. Epoxy acrylate resins are renowned for their outstanding properties, includingexcellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and thermal stability. This makes them integral invarious industries, such as coatings, electronic component manufacturing, and packaging. However,improving the properties of these resins, particularly enhancing mechanical strength and reinforcingantibacterial capability, remains a significant challenge in polymer materials science. This researchemployed FTIR testing to examine the structure, as well as mechanical tests and antibacterial assays.The results indicate that using TiO۲ nanoparticles significantly improves this composite system'smechanical properties and antibacterial performance. The research aims to examine this compositesystem's mechanical properties and antibacterial effectiveness. This research endeavors to contributesupplementary data to developing nanotechnology-based polymer technologies, playing a crucial rolein various industrial applications and fostering innovation in this field.
