خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, the performance of viscoelastic dampers was examined by analyzing the rheologicalcharacteristics, i.e., relaxation time and modulus spectrum, for polyisobutylene rubber andhydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber under transient conditions. COMSOL Multiphysics® version۶.۰ was deployed to simulate and compare these dampers regarding deformation, hysteresis, andstress-strain curves. The findings indicate that incorporating polyisobutylene rubber in theviscoelastic damper enhances damping capabilities more effectively than using hydrogenated nitrilebutadiene rubber as the damping material.
