چکیده
Interlayer bonding strength is a key parameter in determining the performance of ۳D printed parts. ABS holdsan important position in various technologies including ۳D printing, due to its good strength,domesticproduction, and competitive cost. However, its high viscosity and a high glass transition temperature (Tg =۱۰۵℃) can lead to reduced Interlayer bonding strength and degradation of properties in ۳D printed parts. Toaddress this problem, this study utilizes blending techniques. Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) was used inthree weight percentages (۱۰, ۲۰, and ۳۰) to prepare an ABS/TPU blend. The finding from the Interlayerbonding strength test of parts printed at ۲۴۵℃ indicated an increasing trend in Interlayer bonding strength upto ۲۰% by weight of TPU. Notably,۱۰% and ۲۰% compositions showed a ۵۸% and ۹% increase in the interlayerbonding strength of ABS, respectively.کلیدواژه ها
