چکیده
Hydrogel microcapsules can promote cell survival and proliferation. A newly designed ۳D core-shellmicrocapsule of a cell-loaded Tragacanth gum (TG) core and an alginate hydrogel shell is fabricatedusing extrusion. Spherical alginate microcapsules are successfully generated with a core-shellstructure with a less than ۴۰۰ μm average diameter. The core and shell diameter size can easily becontrolled by manipulating the process parameters like core and shell flow rates and gas pressure.The cells were effectively encapsulated in the core of microcapsules and surrounded by an Alg shellکلیدواژه ها
