چکیده

Introduction: In order to know the general condition of sports injuries in skiers, this study was.conductedmaterials and methods.Skiers who were injured at the ski resort in the winter season were counted and examinedfindingsIn the survey conducted, ۷۱ people were identified as injured and ۷۶ cases of injuries werediagnosed among the people who had skied at the ski resort, and the incidence rate of injuries was۲.۳ injuries per ۱۰۰۰ skiers. Among the injured parts, the knee with ۳۲% and the head and neck with۲۰% of the injury cases had the largest share. Among the anatomical elements of the knee, themedial collateral ligament and the anterior cruciate ligament were the most with ۲۸% and ۲۰%,respectively. Items included. In this study, no significant relationship was found between factorssuch as failure to warm up before skiing, athlete's fatigue and skiing time on the one hand, and theprevalence of injuries on the other hand. However, unlike knee injuries, head and neck injuriesoccurred more at the end of the season. (p ۰.۰۱) ۲۶.۷% of the injured were beginners and ۲۱% ofthem used rental equipment. Although these two factors are probably effective in the occurrence ofsports injuries in skiers, but according to the type of study, it is not possible to make a definiteopinion about the effect of being a beginner and using rental equipment on the prevalence of.injuriesConclusions and recommendationsThe above results indicate the necessity of conducting more extensive studies on this matter anddetermining the factors influencing rain skiing injuries, especially injuries. According to the results ofthis study, it is recommended to observe more preventive points in relation to new injuries andmore complete training of these points to the athletes. It seems
