چکیده

In today's world, the daily use of radiations in medical aspects like radiotherapy orindustrial aspects like nuclear power plants for various purposes has increased. Thisincrease shows the importance of the presence of electromagnetic radiation or neutronradiation in our lives. But these rays are not harmless and can have destructive effectson human health and DNA. The presence of various shields to protect against these raysis essential. Most of these shields are made by cement or heavy particles like lead. Buttoday, nano technology has provided a way to make these shields that is much easier,cheaper and more effective. Nano particles, nano composites, and nano foams are newnano shields, whose efficiency in radiation protection is mentioned in this article.
