Synthesis of anticancer Coumarin derivatives by Nanocatalyst Cd/Zif-۸

چکیده

Coumarin was first isolated in ۱۸۲۰ by Vogel [۱] from tonka beans called also Coumarou, a vernacular French name. Coumarins represent one of the foremost privileged scaffolds, frequently existing in a huge variety of natural products and bioactive molecules [۲]. The diverse array of biological characteristics has rendered this notable category of heterocyclic compounds appealing to medicinal chemists throughout the years [۳]. properties Coumarins encompass antioxidant, anticonvulsant, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial activities and anticancer [۴]. Unfortunately, traditional single-component photocatalysts usually have few catalytically active sites. hence, can be further modified and exploited by integrating a single component with another one. it can affect the chemical and physical properties and interfacial functions that cannot be achieved from a single- component like MOF precursor. In this project, considering the potential importance of coumarins, were synthesized using the reaction of phenol with ethyl acetoacetate. In the coumarin synthesized from this reaction, it was found that at a temperature of ۹۰ degrees Celsius, acetonitrile solvent, Cd/Zif-۸ catalyst (Cadmium/Zeolitic imidazolate framework-۸) with a value of ۰.۰۵ and a time of ۶۸ minutes, the best efficiency was ۷۵%. PbS/ZIF-۸ nanocatalyst was successfully prepared and characterized using the SEM/TEM, XRD, FT-IR, and photoluminescence analysis. The mechanism of dyes elimination by PbS/ZIF-۸ nanocatalyst was conducted by adsorption combined photo-reduction. The prepared PbS/ZIF-۸ nanocatalyst was stable after consecutive cycles for dyes reduction and could be utilized for field applications. Our results should pave the way for exploring new types of potential materials in the field of environmental remediation.
