خلاصه مقاله:
Design and analysis of traveling wave amplifier (TWA) in 0.13μm standard CMOS technology is presented the traveling wave amplifier is designed and analyzed usingharmonic balance technique which is based on the nonlinear model of active devices. The results of this method are compared with those of a commercial simulator the TWA achieves 9dB small signal gain from 2 to30GHz AND OUTput power at 1-dB gain compression is about13.5 dBm over the desired band
