چکیده

The architectural sector in Tehran plays a vital role in shaping the city's infrastructure and development. However, executing architectural projects in Tehran is often subject to a myriad of challenges, including economic, political, social, environmental, and technical factors. This study aims to analyze the influential factors affecting the successful execution of architectural projects in Tehran. Through a combination of literature review, case studies, and expert interviews, this research identifies key barriers and drivers that impact project execution in Tehran's architectural sector. The findings highlight the importance of government policies, economic stability, stakeholder involvement, technological advancements, and environmental considerations in ensuring successful project outcomes. Additionally, the study explores strategies to overcome challenges and enhance project execution in Tehran's architectural sector.
