چکیده

One of the measuring devices that has found manyapplications in the automation of quality control andassurance systems is the non-contact ۳D scanner. Addingsupplementary tools such as the rotary table (Rotaryturn-table) can increase the speed and quality. It can beadded specifically according to the type of device andexpected use. In this research, the capacity indicators of a۳D scanner are defined based on the Measurement SystemAnalysis method. Then, an index is introduced to measurethe accuracy and precision of the device simultaneously.Accordingly, the role of adding an automatic rotary table inimproving this index is investigated and evaluated. Finally,an algorithm for measuring the capacity of automaticmeasuring tools will be presented by generalizing thismethod. The results show that the implementation of rotarytables synchronized with a non-contact ۳D scanner inautomated production processes, such as quality control,can lead to increased accuracy speed and repeatability
