چکیده مقاله:
Objectives. Physical activity and participating in sports for all programs may have a great effect on improving the level of physical, mental and social health of academic community. Thus, the aim of present study was to investigate the factors affecting development of academic staffs, employees and students participation in sports for all of Ardabil Azad University. Methods. This is a surveying descriptive applied study. Statistical population of this study included all academic staffs, employees and students of Ardabil Azad University. Total number of Statistical population were equal to ۱۲۲۶۲ people that ۳۷۲ participants were selected randomly as statistical samples using Cochran's formulas with ۰/۰۵ probability of error. Standardized questionnaire of Mehdizadeh & Andam (۲۰۱۴) was utilized as an instrument in this study. Descriptive statistics was used to determine the mean, standard deviation, frequency, percent frequency, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was implemented in inferential statistics to investigate the solutions and determine the most important factors in this regard. Results. Results of factor analysis indicated that interpersonal factors with ۸۵% factor loading, lack of social support with ۶۰% factor loading and time limitation with ۵۹% factor loading had the greatest effect in describing the sample’s participation obstacles in sports for all in Ardabil Azad University
