چکیده

Now a days T&D Automation Systems is one of the most important subjects in this fields . A survey about SCADA, EMS and DMS in electrical utilities in several Countries are gathered and classified in following four Regions : - Eastern Europe - Latin America - Mid East /Mediterranean/ Africa - Asia Pacific. In this paper the trend of development of SCADA , EMS, DMS , OMS, RTUs ,PLCs as well as theirs required OS , CPU platforms and protocols in the sample countries are investigated . The obtaining results from the abovementioned survey will lead the power network operators to select the best system for their own networks.

COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
