A convenient and efficient procedure for synthesis of Benzisoxazole amino acid derivatives has been developed by a simple one-pot reaction of amino acids and Benzisoxazole derivatives on the surface of neutral alumina impregnated with hydrochloric acid under microwave irradiation without any solvent according to green chemistry.
