The Emergence of Transhumanism Calls for the Rationality of Cognitive Assessment and Enhancement: A Comprehensive Model for Combinatorial Tracking Mechanisms of Human Resource

چکیده

Transformation has evolved the revolutionary convergence of technology and humanity. The imminent transhumanism calls for augmentation of our computational intelligence (CI) and physical intelligence (PI). The aim of this study is to assess individual’s mental, cognitive, non-cognitive, intellectual and physical potentials to design a comprehensive model of the human and trans-human. Data were yielded from ۱۶۱ participants administered in the eight different public and private sectors in three cities in Iran. The researcher used the mixed-methods sampling strategy in which a non-probability quantitative sampling was used. The researcher gathered data using cognitive tests, non-cognitive tests, physical tests, hematology test and observation study. Analyses were performed using SPSS software version ۲۵.۰. The method of analysis was statistical, interpretive and meta-inferential. Based on the results, the normalization paradigms and biological system modeling were designed. Findings revealed that the differences between the eight sectors were significant regarding executive control network (ECN). The lowest frequently used computational intelligence (CI) was semantic memory (abstract) and working memory. A larger number of subjects were inclined to be linear decision makers. There is a logarithmic growth in human cognitive repertoire compared with exponential growth of technological development. In designing bio-inspired AI based systems underlying human biological intelligence, cognitive modeling can portray valuable information for physical and computational intelligence of the imminent trans-human and AI. Transhumanism calls for the biological augmentation of our intelligence, creativity, genomes, etc. Technology-humanity convergence calls for enhancement in cognitive ergonomics, neuro-ergonomics, mental development, academic/organizational creativity, problem solving and decision-making.
