چکیده
Abstract: SERE training courses, which stand for "survival, avoidance, resistance, and escape," are designed to prepare military and civilian forces to deal with emergency situations and the possibility of captivity. This article examines the history, evolution, goals, and content of SERE courses, with a special emphasis on real experiences and practical advice that can help increase survival skills and resilience in difficult situations. Also, this paper analyzes practical exercises and simulated scenarios that allow participants to practice the skills necessary to face potential challenges in controlled environments. Advanced SERE courses are taught to SAS Special Forces and US Marines and NATO.
