چکیده

Precise identification of hazards, oil and gas industries as part of a comprehensive safety analysis, not only it is highly recommended, but by official watchdogs is also emphasized. At the same techniques assessment and identify hazards, HAZOP at low pressure gas Compressor Station No. 3 Gachsaran was used. This technique is structural and easy to learn as one of the most widely used risk analysis techniques in oil and gas industries is considered. The main duty of station is provides gas feed of high pressure station, for injection into wells as part of the food supply NGL1200 Hence the performance of this unit has a large impact on the downstream units. The undergraduate made the duty station the main problem is water levels and fluctuations in pressure of output product if the exhaust gas products must be completely dry and without fluctuation. If the product lacks the qualities necessary, it is toward the cold burner and the hot burner which is causing environmental and process problems. The station efficiency strongly depends on the performance of compressor because the operation of this device work in ideal conditions, fluid retention is operated better.
