In this research, bacterial strain a was used for decolorizing direct yellow ۱۲ dye in measured in theculture medium containing the dye for ۲۴, ۴۸, and ۷۲ hours. The results showed that strain a had more than۷۰% participation in dye removal within ۴۸ hours.
