چکیده

In this work, we investigated the oxygen-sensing ability of PAS for tumor imaging via systematicexperiments using home-lab developed PALS spectrometer. The results confirmed that the lifetime and theintensity of positronium formation are highly dependent on the oxygen concentration. The results of this workcan contribute to the development of the PAS technique for clinical hypoxia detection using a J-PET scanner
