چکیده

This study on the enrichment of zinc metal in Candida sp. PZ۹ yeast is used in the food industry andanimal and human feed, as well as optimization of the yeast cultivation environment using a cheap carbon andnitrogen source. The yeast strain showed resistance to high amounts of zinc and absorbed a significant amountof the metal. This yeast can be used as a food supplement
