چکیده

A check is one of the most widely used commercial documents. In international law, in order to reduce conflicts, the Czech Convention of ۱۹۳۱ was approved, which foresees various situations. Unfortunately, Iran has not joined the convention, and the Czech laws in Iran do not have the necessary dynamics and comprehensiveness, but the judge cannot refuse to proceed with the excuse of silence and brevity.conflict resolution based on the rules of the law of the place of issuance and regulation, based on the place of performance of the obligation, the place of performance of the obligation; It can be settled. In terms of eligibility andpersonal status, the relevant law is the governing one. The place of setting the document as a conflict resolution rule is one of the main and oldest rules in this field, which is a formal procedure.
