چکیده
As we know, artificial intelligence and working children in cyberspace do not have a very long history, and the impact that these two things have and will have on people's lives is so important that the supreme leader of the revolution also meets elites and top talents. In November ۱۴۰۰, scientists named "artificial intelligence" as an important and future-making issue and, referring to the experiences of different countries in the world in the development of artificial intelligence, emphasized: "This issue plays a role in the future administration of the world, and we must act in such a way that Iran is one of the to be among the top ۱۰ artificial intelligence countries in the world." Therefore, this research aims to learn about the crime of children working in cyberspace and types of artificial intelligence, how to use artificial intelligence in the field of fighting against children working in cyberspace, the obstacles in this way and solutions to overcome these obstacles, which are descriptive and analytical. It has been addressed. The main question of this research is how the government can monitor the virtual space through artificial intelligence and prevent the violation of the right to mental health of children working in the virtual space. Our hypothesis is that the government can use artificial intelligence in Preventing the violation of children's right to mental health is a more effective step. Our findings indicate that the use of artificial intelligence can lead to a decrease in the number of children working in cyberspace.کلیدواژه ها
