چکیده

Context and purpose: The right to health is one of the fundamental rights of the people of any political society, and the right to health of the citizens is provided in the principles of Article ۲۹, Clause ۱۲, Article ۳, Article ۲۱ of the Constitution. Participatory crime to deal with violators of the right to health requires criminal and non-criminal responses. The goal of the policy of participatory crime in protecting the right to health is to use and benefit from the relevant institutions of the complementary criminal justice system, other than the police and the judicial system, in response to the phenomenon. It is criminal on the one hand and also providing the capacity to use the civil society with a specific and coherent mechanism on the other hand in order to protect the right of people to health. Research method: In this study, it is descriptive-analytical, and data collection has been done using books, articles, electronic resources, and internet sites, in which the place of collaborative criminal policy in supporting the right to health is investigated.Findings: In addition to the role of the judiciary in dealing with violators of the right to health, the role of the people and non-governmental organizations in the prevention and process of criminalization. Proceedings. Execution of judgments related to the violation of the right to health. In the light of the criminal policy, participation can somehow guarantee the right to health of people in the society, or at least prevent crimes that are a threat to the health of people in the society. Conclusion: From the most important results of the research, it can be said: Participatory criminal policy, taking into account the need to create strengthening levers other than official and government authorities, gives credibility and strength to the participation of civil society in supporting the right to health. And the role of civil society. Among the people's organizations, it explains NGOs in supporting the right to health of the people of the society.
