چکیده
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) are now in mass production by electrospinningtechnique because of numerous novel and useful properties. Additionally, cellulose acetate (CA) is one of themost important and useful biopolymers. Although CA/MWCNTs electrospun nanofibers appear to have greatindustrial and medical potential, there are some challenges for producers as electrospinning with suitablemorphology at a lake of lab temperature during changing seasons and low thickness. Therefore, this studywas performed for synthesizing, and investigating the structure and morphology of CA/ MWCNTselectrospun composite nanofibers in different atmospheric conditions and different methods of oxygenenrichment.Solutions of CA and CA/MWCNT were made by acetone and dimethylacetamide (۲:۱) at differentthermal ranges during changing seasons in Iran in ۳ methods: without oxygen-enriched, oxygen-enriched byan inhalation oxygen spray, and an oxygen capsule. The morphology and chemical structures of nanofiberswere screened by SEM and FTIR.Findings showed that the solution of CA/MWCNTs was only electrospun after correction oftemperature conditions during changing seasons. Furthermore, by the oxygen-enriched method with anoxygen capsule, CA/ MWCNTs NFs completely covered by MWCNTs, and also CA/ MWCNTs NFs wereelectrospun with a substantially desired thickness.Therefore, the electrospin-ability of CA/MWCNTs nanofibers significantly depends on thermal rangeoptimization. Moreover, CA/MWCNTs solubilization by oxygen-enriched method with oxygen capsule andHelium gas incredibly increases the intensity reaction between CA and MWCNTs, by which saving time,energy, and material consumption is obtained.کلیدواژه ها
