خلاصه مقاله:
The article considers the role of stabilization of mast cell membranes, blockade of neuromuscular transmission and inactivation of C-fibers in the contractile activity of smooth muscles of the trachea and bronchi of sensitized rats. The studies were conducted on isolated preparations using electrical stimulation of postganglionic nerves (frequency - ۳۰ stim/s, duration - ۰.۵ ms, amplitude - ۲۰ V, duration of stimulation - ۱۰ s). The study used cromolyn sodium, atropine, and capsaicin. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the leading role in the contraction of the muscles of the trachea and bronchi of a sensitized rat belongs to mast cells. However, the maximum effect of normalization of smooth muscle contraction can be achieved only in the case of a complex effect - blockade of neuromuscular transmission, stabilization of mast cell membranes, and inactivation of C-fibers.
