چکیده

The sport industry has achievements, including sport events, which have received special attention in the economic systems of the world, especially in European countries, and these countries have supported it in various fields. Sport events in European countries are considered as an industry that has products such as radio and television recording and broadcasting and their related rights and privileges, ticket sales, advertising and more like these. This article, with descriptive and analytical methods, tries to investigate the legal tools and judicial procedures in the European Union that are based on ownership and contract, intellectual property, neighboring rights and unfair competition. In this regard, by identifying the basis of the issue and delving into the European Union laws and adapting them the laws of Iran, as an attempt to achieve goals such as knowing the basics of this achievement to use it better and also providing legal and judicial solutions in order to support this phenomenon.
