چکیده مقاله:
Background and Aim: A stroke is the rapid loss of brain function due to a disturbance in blood supply. Age is a major risk factor for stroke. Genetic influence may be more important in younger stroke patients. Patients with positive results should receive appropriate counseling. This study is the first to comprehensively study thrombophilia genes in Iranian populations with ischemic stroke. The purpose of this study was to determine the occurrence of genetic mutations linked to
thrombophilia CVD A in individuals with ischemic stroke and examine their correlation with clinical parameters and the Genetic Markers of Thrombophilia Panel.
Methods: A study was conducted on ۶۲ patients at the Department of Stroke in Shahid Beheshti Complex Hospitals, Qom University of Medical Sciences from October ۲۰۱۷ to October ۲۰۱۸. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Qom University of Medical Sciences. The patients were between the ages of ۳۲ and ۹۷ and had Ischemic stroke. In order to detect genotype mutation, the reagents used were provided by CVD Strip assay kit. (Figure ۱)
Results: Sixty-two patients with ischemic stroke, mean age ۶۷.۹ ±۳ .۷۶. Smoking ۱۱.۱%, hypertension ۷۹.۴%, previous diabetes and hyperlipidemia ۴۴.۴%. Women had less prevalence of risk factors. Most common mutation Polymorphism of ACE ۸۲.۵%. Second and third mutations Polymorphism of FGB ۷۶.۲% and Polymorphism of LTA ۷۱.۴%. Prevalence of polymorphism: ACE I/D ۸۲.۵%, FGB -۴۵۵G>A ۷۶.۲%, LTA ۸۰۴C>A ۷۱.۴%, eNOS ۸۹۴G>T
۵۲.۴%, eNOS-۷۸۶T>C ۱۲.۷%, Apo B R۳۵۰۰Q ۳۳.۳%, HPA۱ a/b ۳۱.۷%, Apo E (E۲E۲:۵۴%, E۲E۳:۳. ۲%, E۲E۴:۹.۵%, E۳E۳:۱۴.۳%, E۳E۴:۱۵.۹%, E۴E۴:۱. ۶%). Relationship between genes and age, sex, cigarette, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and hypertension measured. No significant relationship found. Data analysis: All analyses were performed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version ۲۵.۰) and the statistical significance level was
defined as P< ۰.۰۵.
Conclusion: Thrombophilia Risk groups were separated into high- and low-risk groups. there was no significant association between demographic characteristics including age, sex, smoking, preexisting comorbidity and thrombophilia (P>۰.۰۵)
