چکیده
Free radicals are unstable chemicals produced during oxygen metabolism that harm DNA andcells by stealing electrons from other molecules. Free radicals are necessary for the body tofunction, but too many of them can cause irreversible harm, illnesses including liver and heartdisease, and even some types of cancer. Factors including sunlight, pollution, alcohol, smoke,and stress all speed up oxidation. Antioxidants prevent or lessen oxidative damage byscavenging free radicals from bodily cells. Owing to the significance of antioxidants, theantioxidant capacity of several new synthesized triazole derivatives was examined in this workthrough the utilization of the stable free radical ۱,۱-diphenyl-۲-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH). Everycompound's antioxidant potential was assessed at four different concentrations and contrastedwith the well-known antioxidant ascorbic acid. in general, compound L۲ has greaterantioxidant potential than the others and may be given more consideration for research in thefood and pharmaceutical industries.کلیدواژه ها
